About Dr. Dan LUCA
Consultant, Professor & trainer
Born in Cluj (Romania) in 1971, Dan Luca is working as a European affairs professional for more than 20 years, and since 1997 from Brussels.
In 2008 he obtained a PhD in “International Relations and European Studies” with a specialization in Communication.
Dr. Luca gives lectures at 10 universities in Europe and is the author of numerous books, including “European Union: Views from Brussels” (2013).
Dr. Luca is also a member of several International Jury Awards: IRU (International Road Transport Union) City Trophy Award and EACA (European Association of Communications Agencies) Care Awards.
